Check if jquery plugin is loaded

How can I check if this jquery plugin backstrech was already loaded: http://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/jquery-backstretch/2.0.4/jquery.backstretch.min.js

if($.fn.backstretch) is not working.
