Android SlidingTabLayout bad positioning with collapsing Toolbar

I have a collapsing toolbar with an image, this should move to the top when scrolling up. After this I want a SlidingTabLayout, it has different tabs and it must follow the collapsing toolbar.

When the toolbar is collapsed the layout will show only the toolbar in collapsed mode and the tabs.

SOLVED: Using below and xml coordinates properly solved the problem.

I had the same issue. Put the tab layout or in your case the siding tab layout outside the collapsing tool bar layout and the appbar layout. However make sure to place the tab layout in a parent layout that has the

app:layout_behavior="@string/appbar_scrolling_view_behavior"

For example,
