Unfortunately, those warning: Ignoring InnerClasses attribute warnings are hiding the real error. We have a pending release to fix those warnings, but for now, you'll need to find the real error manually.
To find it, you will need to open up your Unity Editor log, and search for those warning: Ignoring InnerClasses attribute warnings.Underneath all of them, you will see the actual error. If you have not opened your Unity Editor log, you can find instructions on where to find it here:
