When I tried to install httrack
in Ubuntu 16.04 I was not able to get those packages:
pip3 install httrack-py

You are using pip version 9.0.1, however version 10.0.1 is available.
You should consider upgrading via the 'pip install --upgrade pip' command.
Run the code: sudo apt-get update And if its not working Try to update repository in software centre.
