I am having a problem installing Python Libraries such as Numpy, Sklearn, etc. I want to use these libraries with Spyder. I did reset my Windows and this is my attempt in reinstalling the libraries I had before. But I am getting an error like this and I don't know the correct keyword for this error. Here it is.

I did install Spyder alone without Anaconda after the reset. After I tried to run a code containing sklearn, I got a Module Not Found Error. Should I try installing Anaconda from scratch or is there a solution for this?
Overall, I tried to downgrade it and it works. The installation of the library works fine but the main problem of it is not solved yet. Although the Spyder gave a different error message after that, I still cannot use the library.
In the end, I try to install all of Anaconda from the scratch and it works. Thanks for the answers, greatly appreciated. :)
