JQL working fine in scriptrunner except when it gets to a specific project, then it breaks and throws an exception NoViableAltException


I am running some Jira statistics in ScriptRunner and I would like to know the number of issues that were updated in the last year. My script works fine for a number of projects except when I get to 1 specific project. I get an exception and I really don't know why because the JQL query works perfectly fine for all the other projects. Here is my code below:

Here is a copy of my log file where I am doing all the printing as you can see, everything works fine except when I get to the CF project. Anyone knows what should be fixed? I have tried using project.getName() in my query instead of project.getKey() and nothing changed, still not working

I run my query directly in Jira by searching for issues and it is working fine as you can see enter image description here

I have tried using myproject.getName() in my code but it didn't work.


Solution

  • i found the problem, I needed to use quotes and use myproject.getName(). This line solves the problem: jqlQueryParser.parseQuery("project = \""+myproject.getName()+"\" and updated > 2021-08-25 ")
