Instantiating MediaDeviceInfo results in 'Illegal constructor'

Is it possible to instantiate my own instance of MediaDeviceInfo? Both of these fail:

new MediaDeviceInfo();

new MediaDeviceInfo({
  deviceId: 'Brad Test',
  groupId: 'Brad Test',
  kind: 'audioinput',
  label: 'Brad Test'
});

Uncaught TypeError: Illegal constructor
