SSRS 2019- Users in Browser Role cannot edit their own SSRS subscriptions

I am using SSRS 2019 version and noticed the issue that users in the Browser role cannot edit their own created subscription. However, they can create and delete their subscription. is there any workaround to allow users to edit their subscription or it's a bug in SQL Server 2019 reporting services?

Setting default to false in Report Server E-Mail Configuration fixed the issue for me . Thank you
