How to create an sql table in pymysql correctly?

If we check your SQL query separatly, it will be as this:

CREATE TABLE 'user'
(
   id int AUTO_INCREMENT, 
   name varchar(32), 
   password varchar(32), 
   PRIMARY KEY(id);
)

As you can see, you have semicolon inside the structure of the table instead of end of the whole operator. Please, try this variant:

CREATE TABLE 'user'(id int AUTO_INCREMENT, name varchar(32), password varchar(32), PRIMARY KEY(id));

Which we can transfer to the better view:

CREATE TABLE 'user'
(
   id int AUTO_INCREMENT, 
   name varchar(32), 
   password varchar(32), 
   PRIMARY KEY(id)
);
