I would like to create a navigation bar with a color and width transition when the user scrolls to that element. When the element is in the viewport after scrolling, the width will animate from 0 to 100%. The next navigation item will start to animate after the previous item reaches 100%. The behavior will be the same as the progress bar, but mine will be based on the element that sticks with each navigation item.
Currently, I managed to create the code, however, the color transition always starts in the middle, and the animation starts before the previous navigation item reaches 100%. The result that I'm expecting is the navigation bar should animate one by one smoothly when scrolling, similar as the progress bar.
