NextUI + Next.js 14.0.3 Collision: TypeError When Using nextui() Plugin

Solution: Upgrading Node.js to the latest version rectified the problem. It appears the underlying issue was tied to a bug present in Node 21, which impacted the compatibility with NextUI when integrated into a Next.js project using Tailwind CSS.
