Create a Heatmap for gene expression analyses in R


I want to create - or somehow reproduce - a heatmap of gene expression analyses data. The data set that I now have comprises the z-score and also includes the clusters (last row) according to PAMClustering.

How can I generate a "publication-ready" heatmap of this data set?

I'm not really sure what is good way to generate a heatmap of this sort, with the gene names and dendrogram eventually
