Git keeps prompting me to choose an account
As shown in the image above, Git keeps asking me to select an account (duplicates?) even though both accounts have the same name. I have only added one account in Git, but for the past few days, I have been getting this pop-up to choose an account. This doesn't happen on the website.
Why is this occurring, and how can I prevent it?
Solution
On Windows, Open the "Windows Credential Manager" Look for GitHub credentials and remove duplicates.
