I set this in VScode from the C/C++ extension inside of IntelliSense Configurations
I use Windows 11 Python 3.13.1 gcc & g++ version 14.2.0 with mysys2 VScode version 1.95.3 Note that I didn't install vscode with the installer but installed it from a .zip file with the entire application
I tried changing
#include <C:/Users/21211433/AppData/Local/Programs/Python/Python313/include/Python.h>
to
#include <Python.h>
but this error occured:

I tried removing the line that includes "pyatomic_gcc.h" from pyatomic.h but that caused more errors and I undid the change
You seem to think that the compiler should know where to find an included header file based on the location of a previously included header file. That is not how it works. You need to specify to the compiler where to look for header files. In this case it seems you need to add 'C:/Users/21211433/AppData/Local/Programs/Python/Python313/include' to your include path in the command line with the -I
option.
So change the command line to something like
C:\msys64\ucrt64\bin\g++.exe -fdiagnostics-color=always -g -IC:/Users/21211433/AppData/Local/Programs/Python/Python313/include python.cpp -o python.exe
and change your include statement to
#include <python.h>
I've don't know what you are indicating with your include path above. I guess it is from your c_cpp_properties.json file, in which case it is irrelevant to this issue. The compiler does not use that file.
