Not getting credit after completing A Tour of Google Cloud Hands-on Labs

Received the Email as following:

Claim your 300 free credits to Skills Boost labs by following the steps. Open an incognito window (Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+N) and access the link - https://www.cloudskillsboost.google/catalog?qlcampaign= x y-multi1-event- xx (not the actual event code link.).

Sign in or create an account with Google Cloud Skills Boost.

Spend at least 6 minutes and complete the lab - A Tour of Google Cloud Hands-on Labs.

After 100% assessment, click “End lab” and validate the 300 credits in your account.

You’ll now be able to access learning materials and labs without charge.

What I tried:

• Completed the assessment to 100% multiple times.
• spent 30 minutes or more that the recommended 6 minutes

Result:

I still didn't received the 300 free credits to Skills Boost labs.

Solution 1:

• Open the link in a new incognito window (where you are not logged in to your account): https://cloudskillsboost.google/catalog?keywords=GSP282&event=Your

• Then in the pop up, enter your code: xy-multi1-event-xx (this example event code link.)

• Once entered, then login to your account by entering user ID and password. This will grant initial 9 credits to your account.

• After this, you need to complete the lab "A Tour of Google Cloud Hands-on Labs" and spend at least 5 minutes on the lab to redeem the entire 300 credits.

Solution 2:

• If you still have issue with claiming the credits, In skillsboost portal, there is a Chat support & an Email support option you can access by clicking at ❔ Help icon
