Why are my cloudinary uploads "disappearing"?

This is the strangest thing... every file I upload to cloudinary, whether I manually upload, or programmatically upload, does not "remain in the dashboard" ...

I say remain because when I MANUALLY upload a file through cloudinary's web UI, the file shows up in the folder :

However as soon as I hit refresh, the file disappears from the UI:

What is even stranger is when I programmatically upload a file... I can use cloudinary's URL in the browser ( and the file is from the good folder )

My plan isn't exceeding any data limits:

My API key and secret are active... otherwise, I would not be able to even upload.

Why isn't Cloudinary showing any of the files in the media library ?
