Our eclipse maven build has started failing due to not being able to find the eclipse rcptt maven plugin. It seems to have been unable to find it for about a month now which makes me think it's not a temporary issue of the site being down. We were getting it from https://repo.eclipse.org/content/repositories/rcptt-snapshots
Checking the github it seems we are trying to get the latest version, 2.6.0.
With the eclipse forums being retired I'm not sure where to go to get rcptt updates or ask about this.

I had this morning the same problem that https://repo.eclipse.org/content/groups/releases/org/eclipse/rcptt/ returned HTTP code 403. But now it works again, so I would assume that your problem is also fixed (the latest release version is 2.5.5, latest Snapshot version is 2.6.0-SNAPSHOT)
