OpenCart 3.x - Add a "Confirm e-mail" field

I use OpenCart 3.0.3.8 and I would like to add a "Confirm E-mail" field that checks that its content is identical to the "E-Mail" field, in every page where customers have to enter their email (account/register, account/edit, checkout/checkout, account/voucher). Can I add it as a Custom Field? And then what do I need to change for it to work as described? Thanks!
