I am making a new game based on the CitySample project by Epic Games in Unreal Engine 5.4.4, but when I try to package the game for Windows, the game throws an Unknown error with ExitCode=6 for AutomationTool.
It consistently happens when it is packaging file 236/238 and checking the C++ code just didn't make sense because Visual Studio 2022 marks everything as errors even when they are perfectly fine. I am using .NET 8.0.303 if that would help.
I even ensured that all the blueprints and assets are valid and are not missing. This does not happen during cooking. Cooking the project files works perfectly fine, no errors in that.
The exact errors are:

It's not your packaging that's the issue. Open MassCrowdAnimationProcessor.cpp, go to line 207. You have nasty math going on there. Something is being divided by zero or is simply too large– something unsavory. It's all in the log:

Simply fix that– error handling, change variable type, fix bad math– whatever– and if that's the only error you have, you should be good.
The above is assuming there is no fault on the Unreal Engine side. As per the Unreal Engine Forum, there seem to be a few ways of dealing with the issues, which I'll list in order of difficulty.
Try using std::numeric_limits::infinity()
This Windows SDK you have right now is the root cause of your error, due to how it defines the INFINITY constant in math headers. You need (it seems like the most common for fixes) to downgrade to the Windows SDK 10.0.22621.0 to fix the issue.
One user on the forum said they had success just changing the version in config:
