Rating bar whith partial filling

I have a 5 star review system, I have the average rating and I would like to partially fill the stars.

Ex: 3.3 the first 3 stars are completely filled and the fourth star is filled proportionally.

I tried with the rating bar widget, but it only works with full stars and not with partial ones.

You can achieve this by turning off the interactive option from the "Rating Bar Properties" section, and you can make use of decimal values such as 3.1, 3.5 etc to control the star filling.

Without turning it off, it won't work
