Xcode 16.4 doesn't show watchOS Run Destinations
After I updated to Xcode Version 16.4 I'm not able to run my WatchOS-App anymore. No Run Destination are shown.
Even if I add a Simulator manually it doesn't appear.
Has anyone a solution for this issue?
- I already reinstalled Xcode
- I tried older iOS and watchOS Simulators
- Rebooted my Mac

- Apple M4 Pro

Solution
I just went back a couple of commits and found the change. I have no idea why this happened, maybe a side-effect when upgrading react native. Anyways after setting this back to Apple Watch I was able to run the simulator again
