How to hide a JFrame in system tray of taskbar

I have created a JFrame and want to hide this from the taskbar in windows. But, it should be visible in the bottom right corner in the tray menu items.

Can anybody tell me how to do this?
Do I need to make some changes in system settings of windows?

For example, you might have seen some tools zoom, MS Teams, Windows security manager, etc. are hidden in the system tray of taskbar.
